We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and may, or may not by choice (depending on the circumstances) offer a full refund.
Zero tolerance for disrespectful and/or aggressive behaviour towards other guests, and/or Tooraloo management while on Tooraloo premises.
All changes to Tooraloo dwellings, or grounds for events, or for other purposes must have prior approval from the management.

Refundable damage insurance deposits are required

Deposits are returned within 10 days after your stay, if no damage present

CANCELLATION POLICIES

A STRICT NO REFUND policy applies to all bookings

Booking dates may be CHANGED no less than 1 month in advance at no additional charge

CREDIT ONLY after 20% booking & administration fee
