LEGAL DISPUTES – MEDIATION ONLY

Your confirmed booking means that you agree to all Tooraloo Pty Ltd’s Terms & Conditions.  You payment constitutes a legal contract between you and Tooraloo Pty Ltd, specifically that in the event of a dispute, or accident you agree to Court Mediation Only.

This agreement covers any type of situation, financial or otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and may, or may not, (depending on the circumstances) offer a full credit or refund, administration fees will apply.
Zero tolerance for disrespectful or aggressive behaviour in your group, towards other guests, or Tooraloo management while on Tooraloo premises.

All changes to Tooraloo dwellings, number of guests, or use of the grounds for events, or for any other purposes must have prior approval from the management.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE INSURANCE

Refundable damage insurance deposits are required 1 month prior to your arrival date and must be paid by BSB. A reminder will be sent.

Deposits are returned within 10 days after your stay, if no damage is present by BSB. If damage is present images and costs will accompany your refund.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

A STRICT NO CASH REFUND policy applies to all bookings.

We offer CREDIT ONLY.

For cancellations we offer CREDIT ONLY after 20% booking & administration fee is deducted.

Booking dates may be CHANGED  (at no additional charge) for the FIRST date change WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS,

but NOT LESS THAN 1 MONTH in advance of your original booking date.

** NEW COVID POLICY NOTICE TO ALL BOOKINGS **

If you are cancelling due to Covid our above financial policies will continue to apply, plus the following conditions for multiple re-bookings will also apply.

There will be a minimum 20% cancellation fee for all cancellations as stated above before you receive your credit.

If you are making a second or subsequent re-booking, your original rates will be adjusted to current year’s booking rates.

Further an additional $500.00 “re-booking fee” will apply for reservations changed for a second, or subsequent time after the original booking date.

Please be aware of the minimum 1 month timeframe required to change your booking dates and retain a credit after your cancellation/administration fee.

No exceptions to our policies.
